Sharing experience, expertise and knowledge, Tracey and Kerry believe that integrating their ideas and pooling their resources, offers them a unique insight into problem solving even complex situations. “It’s often a case of two heads being better than one”.

Based in the New Plymouth area, their business has been in operation for over 8 years. Tracey has worked in both retail banking and the mortgage industry for a number of years, while Kerry is an experienced mortgage adviser, was awarded the “PAA National Mortgage Adviser of the year 2008 – 2009” and “Top Performing Mortgage Adviser for the Wellington / Lower North Island region” for the last 7 years.

They believe their joint strength lies in their determination and tenacity to find a solution without giving up. Through years of relationship building, the team are able to access a wide panel of lending agents.
